Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Prism RPC endpoints, dashboard and documentation. Using the service means you accept them.
1.The service
Prism RPC forwards JSON-RPC requests to independent Robinhood Chain providers and returns their responses. We route, retry and observe. We do not operate Robinhood Chain nodes ourselves, do not custody assets, and do not sign transactions.
2.Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all traffic sent with them. Keys intended for browser use should be origin-locked and restricted to read methods.
Tell us promptly at security@prismrpc.co if you believe a key has been exposed.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Exceed your plan’s rate limits deliberately or circumvent them
- Resell raw endpoint access as a competing RPC service
- Use the service to attack, probe or overload any network or provider
- Use the service for activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours
We may suspend a key that is degrading service for other users, and will tell you why.
4.Availability
We target high availability and publish live status, but the service depends on third-party providers and on Robinhood Chain itself. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access except where a written service level agreement says otherwise.
Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the status page.
5.No financial advice or custody
Robinhood Chain carries tokenized real-world assets. Nothing provided by Prism RPC - endpoints, documentation, dashboards or metrics - is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the transactions your application submits, including their contents, timing and consequences.
6.Data
Our handling of request data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we forward request bodies and retain only per-request metadata.
7.Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period stated at purchase. Usage beyond a plan’s included volume is billed at the published overage rate. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8.Intellectual property
The service, this site and the documentation remain our property. You keep everything you build with them. Documentation code samples may be used freely in your own projects.
9.Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or losses arising from transactions your application submitted.
10.Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by pointing your client elsewhere and closing your account. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.
11.Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account holders before taking effect, and continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance. Questions go to hello@prismrpc.co.
